Mission

A simple movement built on small, real moments of kindness.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to spread hope, connection, and compassion through small acts of kindness that remind people they are not alone. Community-painted rocks carrying encouragement and the hashtag #1moreday create unexpected moments of support for anyone who may be struggling.

A kind word, a simple reminder, or a moment of feeling seen can make a meaningful difference. These rocks help start open conversations about mental health and inspire people to keep going one more day.

About the #1moreday Community Rock Project

Participants paint small rocks with encouraging words, artwork, or reminders of hope, then place them in public spaces for others to discover. Each rock includes #1moreday on the back so the message can keep moving.

Why We Do It

Mental health struggles often happen quietly. A small positive interruption, like a kind message found at the right moment, can help someone pause, reconnect, and make it through a difficult day.

This project does not replace professional support or crisis services. It creates everyday moments of human connection and encouragement.

How It Works

Where to Place Rocks

Choose public places where someone can safely notice a rock without stepping into traffic, damaging landscaping, or entering private property.

Our Goal

Our goal is to create small, unexpected moments of encouragement that remind people they are valued, supported, and worthy of another day. Through creativity and community participation, we hope to reduce stigma and inspire conversations centered on hope, kindness, and connection.

One small rock can carry one small powerful message: you are not alone.
